Taxes and Duties

Our products primarily ship from our warehouses in India, China, and Japan.  Your shipments must clear customs, and any tariffs or duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Most countries allow imports under a specified dollar amount to enter the country without taxes, duties or fees.  These are called De Minimis values, and should be researched.  Here are the de minimis values from our most popular countries:

  • USA – $800 USD allowance
  • Canada – $20 CAD allowance
  • Australia – $1000 AUD allowance
  • EuroZone – €150 EUR allowance (in most countries)

All clearance fees or taxes associated with the import of goods are the responsibility of the buyer. Different countries have different tax rules on the imported goods, and it is important that you understand your country’s policies before placing an order.

If the items are detained by Customs, the buyer is responsible for clearance.
